How about a new picture set? :D

This time featuring Delia (or Hanako ハナコ in the original version) :) This pokemom lady has a great design so it was a while I wanted to draw her! It was also a great occasion to draw lot of guest characters from the series along with her, so this set is quite big with lot of variants and extra characters like Jessie ;) I hope you like! As usual, here is the PSD file with all variant layers, to create your own version:

To view all separate layers, you can use many softwares :) Someone suggested this online tool https://www.photopea.com/ but many graphic softwares can do that as well :) Recently I saw also this free graphic software https://krita.org/en/ which should open PSD files with layers as well! I hope this helps :) Lemme know if it worked!
