Thanks Guido! some great little tips in there, I've been toying with removing the sub altogether, it's funny you mention that, I just find the sub gives that little extra umpf but it's not a primary element. I do have a few layers on the rumble as well, but have them all in mono, so I'll spread them out too. I will try and separate my hats, I do have a few layers of them but didn't even think to put them in a lower freq range, thanks for that. Great tip on creating wet/dry chains for the leads and sidechaining to itself, will def give that a go! I also use sends all the time. Almost every channel is being directed to one send to another, but it's apparent that I need one big one for those transitions only and can really mess around with the processing too, so nice tip there too, and I agree my transitions could use that extra smoothness. Thanks again!
