Give yourself 1 hour and see where you end up :). Time is always a fun challenge. Limiting time and limiting the amount of plugins tends to make you a hell of a lot faster.

Well, if you want to put up the first pitch go get em. However.. do no use my 1 hour session. You have to go form scratch. Otherwise you will not learn anything and it will sound like a adjusted 1hour version. From scratch will give you a creative take :)
