That is a good attitude to have when it comes to "re-vamps" but it will not be up to Liam Hemsworth's abilities as an actor to carry this show. I needed to look him up and I can't remember ever having seen him in anything (I was not into the Hunger Games very much.) But he has been in a lot of programs, so I would imagine that he has experience and he may be an excellent actor. It is the writers with their hardcore political agenda's that drive so many of these shows into the ground. So unless they have changed them, and they go back to the very rich source material in the books, then the show will continue to be wrecked as they have destroyed so many others. Henry Cavill was perfect in the role. He knew and loved the character before the series was made and that was why he was so good playing Geralt. He saw what the writers were doing to the story and he would not be a part of it, so he left. The woke agenda is to make as many people gay/bisexual as possible. Then make the men look violent and stupid. Also the men must constantly be saved from their "foolish man mistakes" by wise females who look after them because they cannot take care of themselves. This is not good writing that creates strong female role models. Ripley from the Aliens films is a strong female character and Sigourney Weaver was great in that role. That is a strong female character to respect. Woke writers are not capable of creating such a character as her because they do not have the imagination or talent to do so. So unless the writers have changed I hold out little hope for this series. I will not know how it turns out for a while anyway as I have cancelled my BBC TV Licence here in the United Kingdom. Like millions of others I refuse to fund their propaganda which they promote, especially when they target children. This means that I am not allowed to have Sky or live streaming services either. So I will need to buy the Blu-Rays to see series 4 and by the time that they are out it might be all over. Yikes, sorry for the long message. I loved this show, and I loved Henry Cavill and the world of Geralt. I spent 100's of hours roaming that world in the games. I lost track of how much I was typing. Have a great day. :-)
