2025-03-21 15:03:42 +0000 UTCYep 1,3,2 is how I feel. Nobody is just one thing. Even that demented psycho could eventually see that what Catherine had done in raising Ryan, was a good thing. Not that we needed one scintilla of his warped laced approval. What made it slightly welcome, is that it wasn't expected. They kept us guessing in this one. Just enough that we weren't sure if dumb fucks were gonna do dumb fuck stuff. But again, nobody is just one thing. Exceptional writing. Keep the mystery alive, but leave room for development and realisations from both the characters and the audience. The UK doesn't often do spin offs. (But maybe that reinforces an idea for something we might do, which does......) But not very likely in this case I'm afraid. We lean more to original work. We just let your lot, spin off, and remake some of our stuff. (Very Unsuccessfully most of the time. 😉)
