What's Happening
What's the big story? Ukrainian forces held their positions around Avdiivka, where Russian forces suffered catastrophic losses and shot down 71 of 75 Shahed-136 drones, and advanced in the Kupyansk and the Kherson areas of operation. It was a good day.
What's the second story? Two weeks ago, General Bezdorizhzhia reported for duty. General Winter is joining him in the next 24 hours with a vengeance, and Russian troops are already suffering.
