Movie Pallette Ad.

Code Mega15 to save 15% on your order. My wife says I sound like an infomercial so I may record a different version. Any thoughts?

I thought it was pretty good (you definitely did a lot better than I would have done, lol). But maybe you can go a little "off script" so to speak? So it sounds a bit more spontaneous, off the cuff. The concept of this product sounds really interesting especially to film buffs, play with that a bit. Really exciting, that someone contacted you to do an ad for them!

This is so cool! I noticed they do TV series also. I wonder what my favorite episodes of White Collar would look like!

Make sure you tell people what KIND of artwork it is. Show ppl an example of it hanging on a wall or something. I think their site has examples. It's actually a really cool thing I might consider buying myself :) I love weird art like this.

Maybe for inspiration, watch the Dudley Moore film Crazy People. (Probably not a title they'd choose today.) About an Ad guy who takes a break in a psychiatric facility and ends up enlisting the help from the other patients for his new found wave of overly honest advertising. 🤣

Daryl

No real script just a few key points to go over. Style is up to me.

I will try to add some humor. This is just outside my wheelhouse. Ads are not my strong suit.

Seems ok to me dude. I guess it really all depends on what they are after. Do they provide you with a script or a specific style that they are after? On a separate side note. I tell you who's been killin it for a long while advertising wise, that's Ryan Reynolds. That dude is a marketing genius. Humour is a really hard thing to affectively utilise in advertising. I always think a splash of self awareness, in acknowledging the reality that everyone is just shilling for business, has always worked for me. A long time tact in UK television adverts for a good 3 decades. (When live telly marketing was a bigger focal POS.) That was to focus on making them more memorable than just relaying a list of details. Adverts used to be more of a talking point for us. (The Tea Break / water cooler moments.) "Did you see that strange or funny ad!" kind of thing. Blimey, that took me on a tangent. 🤣

Looks like they hit up every reactors out there. 😆
