Plague Corpses Keep Fallin' on My Head

Hello Deathlings!

I'd Rather Be Dry But At Least-Plague-Corpses-Aren't-Falling-On-Me
Rain On Me, Rain Rain
Rain On Me, Rain Rain

Greetings from mostly-vacation. Yes, yes "Mostly-vacation doesn't sound like you're fully enhancing your calm, Caitlin," but when you're used to the constant hustle of getting several videos written, researched, shot, and edited all at once, checking a few emails and going to a meeting or two is easy street. Plus, as you'll see in the video, I'm getting out into nature, caressing flowers and whatnot.

Not that I'm complaining about Death Video life. It's just that sometimes I need to replenish those creative juices. As does the whole team. We ALL need to go out and caress some flowers.

But really, this time off is not only allowing us to catch our breaths a little bit, but it's also giving us room to – GASP – leisurely work on some stuff for the fall that we're VERY excited about.

So stay tuned death nerds.

And get out into nature if you can (houseplants count too).

Rain. On. Me.

*A quick, but important clarification: If you clicked on this post from your email, the subject probably read, "Caitlin Doughty's new patron-only video". This is not a patron-only video; this is a video that was released to the public. When we release patron-only videos we will explicitly state in the video info and in the video post that it is a "Patron Exclusive" video. Patreon recently changed the way Patrons-only video posts (i.e. these nifty messages that are delivered to your inbox) are released via email – automatically adding that "patron-only video" line to the subject, even if that's not the case. But that's not how we (and a lot of other creators) do things. So, sorry for the confusion! I hope this cleared things up! We're working on fixing this with Patreon.
