True Blood 5X11: Sunset

Okay, so this wasn't as good as the last 3 or 4 episodes, but I still really enjoyed it. The second half of this season might be my favorite.

So Bill (and everyone else apparently) is being haunted, for lack of a better word, by Lilith telling them all that she chooses them to be the one. This drives Bill to behead one of the members of the counsel with he tells him that Lilith came to him as well.

However, in this episode it's made pretty clear that Eric is so not okay with this. And it's all an act. It seems like Nora has come to her senses as well. She stows away to his room and apologizes for her actions. Eric promises that he will get them out of there and they have sex.

Later, an army guy shows up. Turns out, we've had a deal with the government for awhile about mainstreaming. And they aren't happy with the way things are going now. They have footage of Russell and Steve eating a bunch of people. Eric basically tells him to fuck off and snaps his neck. Then he tells the rest of the Authority that he can go out and destroy the copies. Nora chimes in that she knows someone who will be able to help them and they are allowed to leave with security detail to take care of this. Once they are in the car, Eric kills them and the two of the jump-fly away.

Jessica convinces Bill to let her go by telling them she wants to turn Jason, but really she just wants to warn him that Russell is coming after Sookie. Bill calls her bluff and sends some guards with her to make sure she does it. They manage to trick them though, and Jason kills them and is fine.

He does get to warn Sookie though. So she heads over to the fairy club and explains. They tells her she needs to talk to the elder who has zero ability to focus. I don't really know what the hell is going on in this scene, but she dances around and talks cryptically.

That said, we do come up with a plan. Jason ends up luring Russell and Steve over to the fairy club, where they can smell the fairies but not see them. The elder goes out and shoots light at Steve tossing him away. Then, she aims for Russell who uses Jason as a shield and he ends up getting tossed away. Russell then zooms over behind the elder and eats her. As soon as she is gone, the cloak that protects the fairies disappears and they are at the mercy of Russell.

The short haired lady from the Authority shows up at Fangtasia looking for the sheriff (you know, the one Tara killed?). But, since Pam ordered her not to be able to say anything about it, when she's questioned, she has nothing to say. Pam then confesses to the crime saying she did it because he was annoying. No argument there. But Pam is arrested and taken to Authority HQ. They also see Jessica and drag her back as well.

Oh, and that fairy that Andy had sex with not too long ago is super pregnant with his baby. Which sucks for him because he's really trying to make things right with Holly.
