A much better episode for obvious reasons. Some solid after thoughts. On the topics that this episode centres around. A good subsurface examination of Dr Bishop. Plentiful details to come on the vast complexities of him, his decisions, actions and the repercussions over the rest of the show. I understand the context of word freak and it's usage. One of those descriptive words that's later been used as an insult. I've often thought that an interesting element of this story, is that the hum was for All The People of the town. A multifaceted story component. Created to disguise them from the potential reach of government experiments. Not from most of the rest of the world. But from each other.
