True Blood 4X11: Soul of Fire

So after we killed Marnie/Antonia I was very confused because there is still one more episode left this season. But it looks like she's now possessed Lafayette. WTF.

Okay, so Bill, Eric, Jessica, and Pam are ready to blow up the magic shop. As long as Marnie dies, they don't care about anything else. Until Jason comes up to them screaming to stop because Sookie is inside the building as well. And of course, both Bill and Eric halt and demand they find another way. Pam is not thrilled.

However, Marnie comes out with Sookie claiming she wants to negotiate. She offers Sookie's freedom if Bill and Eric kill themselves. Sookie asks her to be fair, but both vampires agree immediately. Sookie tells them not to, but they aren't having it. Pam, however, has other ideas. She shoots a rocket launcher at the shop, which hits the protection spell barrier and ricochets back onto them. Jason is a hot mess. Severely burned and can't see, but Jessica gives him some blood and it heals him pretty quickly.

Back inside, Marnie convinces the coven that the vampires are coming to kill them and she needs them to do a protection circle. But really, it's just dragging the vampires into the barrier spell. Jason yells out to Sookie in his mind that the vampires are gonna die and she does her fairy light, breaking the circle.

Meanwhile, Jesus and Lafayette have finally managed to do this spell they were working on to get Antonia out of Marnie. When that happens the ring of fire around Sookie disappears (oh yeah, Marnie/Antonia spelled Sookie into a bunch of fire), and the spell barrier comes down.

The vampires rush inside and Sookie quickly convinces them not to kill anyone as they were all held hostage by Marnie. Ray (Roy?) throws himself in front of her, but Eric just yanks out his heart and drinks from it. It's pretty spectacular. Then Bill shoots her dead.

In other news, Andy seems to have sex with a fairy (but maybe he was just hallucinating from V withdrawal). Alcide ends up killing Marcus (after Sam could have but decided not to) and breaks up with Debbie (But it seemed way more formal than just a break up. Is this some kind of werewolf etiquette?) And at the end of the night, I'm pretty sure Marnie ended up possessing Lafayette. Poor Lafayette. He doesn't wanna be dealing with any of this magic shit.
