So, we finally answer the question that I've been asking for a while now. How are we all going to get into Michael and Sucre's cell in order to escape? Turns out, we're not. Everyone else (apparently) is going to go under the room where the COs take their break.
However, before we can do that, we've got to dig through the floor. But, how do we get in there? DB Cooper is allowed access for being, like, the best prisoner in the prison. So Michael offers him in on the plan. But, he declines. So, the new plan is to set the room on the fire, so the inmates on PI (all the ones who need to escape) will have free access to the room. Okay, but how do we set it on fire?
DB's cat has gone missing. And Michael finds him. He returns him and asks for a favor. All he needs to do is put a coffee pot (that's got rubber cement on it) in the room. Again, he refuses. However, asshole guard ends up killing his cat (because DB won't rat out Pocket Boy for the death of the CO) and he's pissed enough to set fire to the room.
Now, we're all on duty to repair the room and have all the time we need to sledgehammer through the floor so we can all escape.
Meanwhile, Pocket Boy asks his cellmate to take the fall for him about killing the CO, but he refuses. So, Pocket Boy has his Pocket Boy tell the warden he saw the cellmate kill him.
Outside of the prison, Veronica and Nick end up narrowly avoiding death. Someone rigged her door to explode when it opened. Her maintenance guy (or someone similar) opened the door first and died. However, they pretend to be dead so the secret service will stop coming after them. They hole up in a cabin while trying to figure out what to do.
Then, they show up at Lincoln's house and pull a gun on LJ. His mom walks in and LJ causes a distraction allowing them both to escape momentarily. However, mom eventually ends up getting shot and dying. LJ makes it outside, but is confronted by the guy. Fake step dad shows up and hits him with a shovel (I think). However, he also gets shot and dies. So now, LJ is on his own. He manages to put a little distance between them and himself, but things don't look great for him right now.
And it turns out kitchen lady is actually the Vice President. So, do we think she's behind the murder of her brother? And why? Did he have dirt on her? Is the president in on this?
