9-1-1 6X18: Pay It Forward

You guys, the tears! It was bad. I'm sorry in advance.

So, we're responding to a fairly routine car accident when a truck driver, who is asleep at the wheel, plows into the bridge. This causes all the support to crack and part of the bridge collapses. Lucy, who was transporting one of the people from the original car accident calls it into 9-1-1. Maddie answers and finds out that most of the 118 are in peril.

Buck and Ravi are really the only people who are okay. Ravi stays up on the bridge, while Buck rappels down to try to save Hen, Chim, and the woman from the original accident. Hen tells him she's okay, but she's totally not. Concussed at best, brain damage at worst. But she tells Buck to head down to Eddie who is trapped with some broken ribs in the van below them.

However, Chim is in bad shape. He's got some kind of puncture wound from a gurney (I think) that landed on top of him. With the help of the lady with the broken leg, he manages to bandage himself up as much as possible and get himself some morphine.

Buck comes back after he gets Eddie, and Chim tells him to get the girl out first. However, between then and when Buck can get back, everything shifts and Chim ends up almost falling out of the ambulance. Thankfully, Buck gets to him in time.

Bobby, meanwhile, is missing. He's not responding to communication (the line on his radio was cut during the distress) and no one can find him. Thankfully, a good samaritan hears noise from inside a shipping container (?) and alerts Athena. They get in there with him, but then things shift and they can't get back out. Maddie directs some construction workers to help move the debris, and the rest of the 118 help Bobby out.

Miraculously, everyone ends up fine.

Afterwards, Buck delivers Kameron's baby on his couch, he and death doula get back together, Eddie asks out Marisol, Hen and Karen are potentially adopting a baby, and Bobby and Athena finally take their cruise.

And just like that, we're through S6. No idea where we going for S7. I assume Chim and Maddie will get married, but that's all I've got!
