Opie is back after Donna's death and itching for vengeance. I feel for Jax here. He's trying to keep his friend sane, but has to lie to him in the process. I'm concerned that when/if Opie finds out, he's going to go mental on Jax.
Regardless, they come up with a scenario that fingers one of the Mayans for Donna's death. However, when ready to kill him, Opie is pushing for him to confess. Jax drags him away and tries to convince him this is the guy and to just kill him. Tig, takes matters into his own hands and just shoots the dude in the mouth. He lies to Opie and tells him he went for his gun so he had to retaliate. Jax convinces Opie this is the guy and Opie finishes the job. Afterwards, Opie carves a sickle into his chest so everyone knows it was SOA. Jax shoos him away with the promise he will finish. Jax destroys the calling card and disposes of the body.
While all this is happening, some white supremacists show up and are all like, we wanna get a foothold into Charming. Hey, SAMCRO, let us in. Ha. That's not gonna happen. However, when they show up at Bobby's welcome home party, they give Clay some cigars and apologize to Gemma. This isn't the worst, until:
These fucking assholes, kidnap and rape Gemma repeatedly. They want to make sure she gets a message to Clay that if SOA don't play ball, they will kidnap and rape Gemma some more. WTF. Don't they know there is a code? No woman. (And in my opinion, no children). Have I mentioned, fuck these assholes.
Also, while it doesn't really important at this point, Gemma tells Tara that if she wants to have a real relationship with Jax, she's got to get him to tell her everything he does. I feel like this is a trick on Gemma's part. But, after Tara confronts him about it, he tells her what's what.
She takes a minute to digest, but then decides (I think) she's cool with it, and they continue with their relationship.

This episode takes place about a month after the last one. We learn that from Stahl's conversation with Bobby. He was retained for 30 days after the witness disappeared in case there were any new developments. After Jax took care of the Mayan guy he wiped his bloody hands on a bandana and stuck it in his pocket. That's what Tara found and was holding when she asked Jax for full disclosure.
