True Blood 3x12: Evil is Going On

If this whole season was as good as the last two episodes, I would have loved this season. But I definitely didn't. I did love this episode though.

So, once Bill revives Sookie with some of his blood, she insists on saving Eric. Once she does, Eric insists that she saves Russell. She argues with him, but he insists. He doesn't want him to ever have any peace, so instead of letting him burn in the sun and die, he and Bill decide to encase him in concrete, so he's not actually dead. Once they do this, however, Bill turns the tables on Eric, and ends up putting him into concrete as well.

Later, when Sookie asks what happened to him, Bill tells her he had to kill her because he knew she was a fairy. Anyone who knows must be killed because they will never stop coming for her. However, Eric manages to escape and shows up at Sookie's house and tells her that Bill orchestrated their entire relationship because he was supposed to turn her over to Sophie-Ann. He doesn't deny any of this. She kicks both of them out of the house.

Afterwards, Sophie shows up at Bill's looking for Sookie, but he refuses to hand her over and instead, they decide to fight to the death. But we don't actually get to see that. I guess we'll see the aftermath next season.

In other news, I think Tara is leaving. It seems like she's doing a bit of a good-bye tour here. Hoyt's mom and Summer stage an intervention to try to get him to break up with Jessica, but instead, he decides to propose. She says yes. This is a crazy relationship. This is her only relationship. She's been a vampire for like, 3 months, and now she's engaged to a human? Sam chased down Tommy for stealing his money. They face off and Tommy basically tells him to go fuck himself, so Sam shoots him. I assume Tommy just turned into an animal and escaped but we don't get to find out.

I do not care, at all, about what's going on with the DEA, and Jason, and Crystal, and that inbred family. I hope we do not spend much time with them next season, but I feel like that's what Jason's storyline is right now, so I don't know if I'll get to be that lucky.

Oh, and I think Sookie has disappeared into the fairy realm. Unless that was a dream, but I don't think it was.
