True Blood 3X11: Fresh Blood

OMG. It took 11 episode, but I finally really, truly enjoyed an episode this season. And I wasn't confused about anything. Huzzah!

So, Eric goes to Russell and tells him that he has the thing that every vampire dreams of, the ability to walk in the sun. And he'll give it to him, if he lets him live.

Meanwhile, Sookie is saved from the basement by the girl who was pissed that Eric left everything to Pam. When she gets upstairs, she sees Pam attacking Bill and she wraps a silver chain around her to restrain her. Bill Sookie leave, and dream about a nice normal life together when all of this is over. But, they are interrupted, but Eric and Russel who stop the car and take them to Fangtasia.

Eric walks next to Bill and tells him to hit him. They get into a fight while Russel and Sookie go inside. Eric tells him he's got a plan. Inside, Russell is told about Sookie's fairy blood. Both Russell and Eric feed on her. Eric then goes outside in the sun and gestures Russell to join him. Seeing that Eric is okay, Russell followers. However, Russell doesn't realize that it only slows down the sun briefly and doesn't stop it. Once Russell gets near Eric, Eric slaps some handcuffs on him and they hang out, waiting to burn. I'm sure Bill or Sookie, or both are going to figure out how to save Eric (at least I hope so, Eric makes the show much more fun), I just can't guess how yet. Although, first Pam would have to let Bill go so he can save Sookie. A lot has to happen in a very small amount of time here!

While all this is happening, Sam is losing his mind. He's on a drunken bender and insulting everyone, and throwing them out of the restaurant. He fires Tommy.

Also, we've got Arlene going to the witch waitress to help her get rid of the pregnancy. Seriously, if you are doing this anyway, just go to a doctor Arlene! She drinks some tea, and in the middle of the night wakes up to wait she assumes is a miscarriage, but it's just a bunch of blood and the baby is fine. Terry is thrilled. She is not.

And Jessica and Hoyt are back together. She confessed that she accidentally killed a trucker, but that was before she knew what she was doing. It's people blood for her, no True Blood for this vampire. But she promises to not kill anyone, just feed off them. Hoyt says it fine and then offers to let her feed on him.
