Arrow 4X4: Beyond Redemption
Added 2024-09-16 21:13:05 +0000 UTCSo, Oliver finally finds out about Quintin working with Darhk. And it doesn't really go over well, but eventually, Oliver asks Quintin to stay on and help spy on Darhk.
Also, we've got Laurel telling Quintin right away that Sara is alive. Not months and months later, so I guess this is a step in the right direction. However, he's horrified over what Sara has become. After a conversation with Darhk, he comes back later fully planning to kill Sara, but Laurel changes his mind.
Meanwhile, we've got a punch of SCPD officers doing shady shit. They are stealing from drug dealers and then selling the merchandise back to other drug dealers. They claim they aren't really bad people, but just trying to make some money since the city is going to shit. When one of them is planning to kill Oliver, Quentin tells her she she now has the chance to prove that and she ends up surrendering.
Felicity hears Ray's final moments and thankfully, they are not him dying. He's just praising Felicity (as we all should be doing all the time).
Oliver announces his plan to run for mayor. And no one kills him or even tries!
And finally, Laurel comes home and realizes that Sara has escaped. Sigh. This is gonna be a mess, isn't it?
Also, I unexpectedly got a little emotional at the end of this episode. Arrow is not typically a crying show for me. 🤷♀️
