Shameless 7X3: Homeless Sweet Homeless Shelter

Frank is pissing me off. (Not that that's new). The police know he's probably lying, but it's just easier- and looks better- not to arrest a bunch of homeless people and their kids. Plus, he's got all new children and a wife? Named exactly the same? No thank you. That's creepy as fuck.
Svetlana's dad shows up and she decides he's gonna stay with them and tend bar. Kevin and V are not thrilled. Especially since they have two daughters and he sold Svetlana into sex work with she was just a child. I have no idea how this is gonna shake out.
Dominique's dad attempts to kill Carl for giving her gonorrhea, but it turns out, he doesn't have it, and she is cheating on him. Carl and the dad team up to storm her at the frat party she's at.
Ian starts to behave manically, even though he's taking his meds properly. But the stress from the break up with Caleb effects the medication, and his boss makes him take a leave of absence. After consulting with Lip (and being very against what he needs to do), he decides to follow the protocol to try to get back in the right frame of mind.
After Fiona learns that the woman who owns Patsy's Pies (and half of the South Side) never graduated high school, it makes her think about what she could do. She calls a family meeting and tells everyone that they have to contribute or GTFO. There is some resistance, so we'll see how this ends up in the future.
