I actually quite liked this episode. I love that we got into some class struggles between Megan's parents and Sean's. It's so easy to forget that Megan comes from money because she doesn't really act like it.
Sean being so in debt that he's getting evicted, and Noel ending up with an extra 50K that he didn't really want, ended up working out nicely.
But Sean wasn't the only one with financial problems this episode. Felicity finds out she applied too late for financial aid and only ends up with, like, $75 for her $8000 tuition. But, Javier to the rescue! He convinces Felicity to enter a beauty pageant with with $10,000 prize. I mean, if Keri Russell can't win a beauty pageant, why are the rest of us even trying?
Felicity and Ben decide to get back together and just 'start over.' This might be a fine idea if Ben knew what he was starting over from. He still has no idea that Felicity and Noel slept together. However, Felicity has confided in Javier and he's hysterically having a hard time being normal around Noel. I love it.
And then, at the end of the episode, we find out that Megan's parents have given her an ultimatum: get an annulment, or get cut off. Shortly after that, Sean proposing with a cubic zirconia ring and Megan accepts, but she does have a lingering look on her face, that I couldn't really decipher.
