So, when Jason left for NYC, I really thought he already had the job as a sport's agent. I didn't realize he was upending his entire life for an interview (which he didn't even really have that). This is a terrible idea. I'd say it worked out, but I don't think it did. You cannot live on $40,000 anywhere in the vicinity of New York without several roommates. This is either going to be very unrealistic, or end very badly.
It feels like we're gonna have some friction between Eric and J.D.'s QB coach who has been given the assistant coaching job until Mac comes back. I think he probably has a lot of good ideas, but that's just not how Eric runs his team. And Eric is very specific about his plans and ideas for the team. However, he's not completely stubborn. If he sees a good idea, he's resistant at first, but does tend to come around eventually.
Speaking of, after several attempts, it looks like Eric is going to give Matt a chance to play receiver. He's good at it, he knows all the routes, and he's so tired of sitting on the bench. Eric was skeptical at first because he was afraid of not have a quarterback if he and J.D. get injured, but it looks like he might be coming around. Plus, watching Eric throws balls to Matt in the street with Julie and Tami cheering them on, was really fun.
Tyra! What are you doing? I know your mom would probably approve of your decision to drop out of high school and run off with a cowboy, but that should tell you that this is not a good plan! Here's the thing, I'm still kind of suspicious of Cash. But, him saying he might not be able to remain faithful to Tyra is not why. I appreciate the honesty. Six months is a long time to be away and they haven't been together very long. However, it did cause Tyra to freak out and flub her interview. Ugh. I just think this situation is very messy.
