Episode 6 of 9-Nine Chapter 3 is up!
Added 2024-10-06 08:35:44 +0000 UTCThink we've resolved this chapter's conflict now but I'm kinda torn about the whole sequence, while I'm not denying it's a pretty nice set of scenes, there were also lots of criticisms I have with the story. Especially when it comes to Kakeru's character, I keep comparing this to ReZero and for good reasons, ReZero to me did a really good job of humanizing a character and making me feel empathy towards the main character but in 9-Nine's case they turned his character into a straight up superhero once his powers were unleashed and idk if I can just enjoy that as is. Overall the reading itself was nice but I just kept comparing the way they presented the character and couldn't enjoy it fully. As usual I'm being vague here lol so as to not spoil people that don't know the story. On to more lighthearted stuff we still don't get an H scene yet but since the main conflict is resolved I assume the next couple episodes are just straight up lovey dovey sexy time till we change chapters!
