Thank you so much for this My Question is If I’m trying to gather a team or building one , what type of researcher is suitable for the content you are doing, is there a certain job title or certain place where I can find one. On linkedin I found lots of “reseachers” But I don’t know which researchers are suitable for this Second question, How to manage a researcher or bunch of them? What type of tasks you give to them, I mean “researchers”. Are they reading big books and summarize it or they fact check or what? Because I found some researchers but they don’t have a background in the topic so I cannot give them a book to read it
