I re-migrated my system drive to a new M.2 using a different software and it all worked perfectly !!!
I can finally get back to work, and hopefully not be bothered anymore by those pesky crashes and BSOD's (still to confirm that they were caused by my SSD being at 63% health, but odds are strong).
I'm so sorry for making you all go 2 weeks without any new uploads.
Either way, I now no longer live under the threat of my SSD failing from one day to the next.
If anyone is interested in cloning their OS drive to a new drive, I can only happily recommend using DiskGenius (and best of all is it's free), and under "tools" to use the Migration tool instead of the clone tool, as it makes sure the drive is bootable, and you can also resize the partitions, instead of having to do it manually afterwards with yet another software such as "Mini Tool Partition Wizard".
So yeah, I validate it ^^
