It was that time of year again at the company ... when the boss and your supervisor met to review your year and discuss your future, the employee review.

You never enjoyed it back when you were "normal sized", but ever since the wave of shrinking that happened within the company and the subsequent restructuring of the work force, reallocations of tasks and responsibilities, the yearly review had become a dreaded moment.

The abuse that "tinies" suffered year long was a secret to nobody, as all normal sized people, mostly all women, were all in on the fun, getting the tinies to do the dirty work nobody else wanted to do, as well as the hazing, bullying and in some cases sexual harassment ...

Complaining about it to direction changed nothing at all as was made clear this year around as the company boss was participating this year in your review.
Needless to say, things didn't change as you were ordered to strip naked and get under the table on the floor to worship their feet as they were discussing you and your performance ... joking about how this year, you could get a raise if you did a good enough job worshiping and pampering their feet, little more you could do about it.
