The drugs effects didn't take long to act, and you shrunk no longer than a couple minutes later, she didn't give you any explanation other than telling you that she didn't expect it to actually work that well, and that she would come back as soon as possible with the remedy, probably another trial drug.
Unable to see where you were in the dark, she told you to remain there, in the cinema and to not move far from the seat you shrunk in, otherwise she would not be able to find you ... then rushed out before the movie was over.
It has been two days now and you've had to scavenge on popcorn and other treats that the viewers dropped under their seats to survive thus far, with the ever growing danger of suffering the same fate as some of the kernels you were feeding on, getting crushed flat under the excited feet of the customers. How much longer would this last ? Had she forgotten all about you ?
