Videos on Autoplay

I’ve received several messages and comments about the frustration with Patreon’s new auto-play feature. While I understand they want users to spend more time on their app, as a paid member, you should have the option to turn it off.
It’s especially frustrating if you’re using my content for sleep or meditation, where you fall asleep, only to suddenly hear my voice saying, “allllllllright.” Nobody wants that. My apologies.
I’ve contacted Patreon to see if there’s a way to disable this feature, and I’ll keep you updated. Grateful for everyone’s support and have a beautiful weekend.

2024-12-25 00:36:22 +0000 UTCIf anyone uses an iPhone, within the Clock app, in the Timer section, there is an option that you can choose what happens “when timer ends” if you scroll all the way to the bottom the last option is “stop playing”… i use it a lot with youtube or spotify when going to sleep… check it out!

I was just recording a podcast yesterday with a really really sharp guest, and I said to the audience, you really need to look into breathing and there is this guy who has this incredible app and my guest was shaking his head yes and I said breathe with Sandy. And you could tell he was so excited, I said have you heard of him? And he said I do it at least twice a week.! I would so love to have you on my podcast if it’s ever at all possible. I am a coach and I have recommended your stuff to so many people. It’s not even funny. Thank you so so much for everything that you do Sandy. Much love and respect.
