I DO have more content for this series but I feel like I've now informally closed the door on them! There's a bit more stuff I've been poking at to try and fill out a collection though, and anything I don't share here will wind up in the pdf.

I've been wanting the cover to look like this mess of imps with a single hidden Percy for a long time, lol... I'm glad it's finally coming together, but I'm also not letting myself sit down and dedicate an entire solid work day to it. I'm doing other work!!!!

Now that we're at The End of these (or close enough) I wanted to mention one of the inspirations for drawing the imps Like That, Noraneko Gundan.

As someone who is Really Bad At Japanese despite being functionally verbally fluent at one point in my life, middle-reader books are now at the outer edge of my comprehension ability. As long as I have a dictionary lol.

I've been very very slowly reading one of these books�,, in the mornings, 10-20 minutes at a time before breakfast while taking copious notes. I'm nearly at the end! But these guys are definitely an inspiration for drawing round ball-handed blank-eyed weirdos. Now you knowww~
