Given the times we were in, this reference to PPE and toxic substances wasn't entirely unexpected.
But...how to make something like that feel the remotest bit (at least for me - I'm a bit of a clean freak)...sexy?
I thought of hazmat suits and layers of transparent polythene over latex, breathing systems and the idea of someone having to do a serious clean-up job.
Mix that with a desire to paint a more complicated scene featuring some character interaction...well...this is where I ended up.
Variations-wise, both ladies in the image were wearing so much rubber that it was pretty tricky to add more to try out different outfit ideas. But I figured it would be safest to perhaps do a version without as much 'liquid' in it for some platforms.
(Don't ask me what the 'goop' is supposed to be - I don't know - but it can be as innocent or otherwise as your imagination wants to take it.)
