Going for a Stroll
Added 2025-09-16 10:35:54 +0000 UTCBeen meaning to post this one for awhile, but kind of held up by not really knowing what to expect of it; feels like usually when we hit El Goonish Shive it does pretty decently but dunno much of our audience is actually familiar with it. I've kinda been half-ish reading the comic again for awhile? I stopped reading it ages ago but occasionally glance in now, kind of thought about getting actually caught up but also remembering why I stopped reading in the first place when I consider it. Maybe one of these days. Either way one arc that went on awhile that I was a bit invested in involved a lot of Susan and Jay here interacting with each other and kind of just felt like their vibe together was immediately really cute. Though also reading up on Jay kind of get the sense I'd like her less if I read more of the comic, feels like one of those, "Extra who comes out of nowhere to secretly be deeply involved with the entire cast the whole time in a really convoluted way," kind of characters. Eh. Either way these were originally two separate pictures - the initial Susan one being done ages ago and being completely reworked for the final product - that we just kind of smashed together for the final and hoping everyone likes it.
