When Soup was a pup, they created the Pawberry Cream Pop, a delicious summertime treat made from fresh Pawberry Acres strawberries paired with hand-cranked vanilla ice cream. An instant hit among the neighborhood, the Shepherd family faced considerable pressure from friends and neighbors to sell the pops on a larger scale than little Soup could keep up with. Soup was eventually coaxed into sharing their closely-guarded recipe, and Saint and Strawberry made a deal with a local dairy farm to help produce the pops. All in all it proved to be a massive commercial success, and Pawberry Pops are currently available for purchase at your nearest neighborhood supermarket~
Soup has….mixed feelings about their homemade venture becoming a cheaply-made mass-produced artificially-flavored chunk of pink ice on a stick, but….the revenue generated from Pawberry Pops was, for many years, the main thing keeping the family farm afloat after Saint’s untimely death. So Soup supposes they can’t truly hate their frankenstein creation too much. Still, they’d really rather you swing by Pawberry Acres to try an authentic Pawberry Cream Pop. Full fat, full flavor….full cost. (What? A farm doesn’t pay for itself…)
As an adult, Soup is an actual trained chef, but presently is in charge of all of Pawberry Acres’ commercial food production ventures. Strawberry pies, candies, jams, jelly, juice, liquor, etc…Soup oversees it all. Quiet and unassuming, they are the backbone that’s allowed the floundering farm to survive this long.
