Some peeps asked if I planned on changing Silver's species, the answer is nah. He's still a big jock kangaroo, still a big brother bully to Bruce...who now has a means of pushing back against his big bro's teasing, in the form of the greatest bite force relative to body mass of all living mammalian carnivores.

You'd think Silver would learn to leave his tiny beartrap of a brother alone, but nah, he just learns how to keep the toothy bits pointed away from himself whenever he wants to bounce Brucie on his hind legs like a circus ball.

As an Australian myself who loves the native wildlife (especially tassie devils, they hold a dear place in my heart 💖), I am absolutely loving all the Bruce art! It's all very very lovely!

Most predators in FB can get by okay on protein alternatives like nuts, eggs, and milk, as well as faux meat, carbohydrates, and even fruit and vegetables. Lab meat is a relatively recent invention, only having been around for about 20 years. If carnivores absolutely required lab meat to survive, well, they would've died out. This is why lab meat is so hotly debated- carnivores argue that faux meats and supplements are just weak, unhealthy alternatives to the nutrition and flavor real meat provides. Herbivores argue that lab meat is an unnecessary waste of resources and barbaric to boot. Some predators, like dogs, lean more omnivorous in their diet (Sunny's favorite breakfast is a bowl of dry kibble in milk with fresh sliced bananas), while other predators are hypercarnivorous and have a diet that consists largely of meat or meat alternatives. Jude and Priscilla are both hypercarnivores, they'd get ill if they went too long without consuming meat, real or fake. Yes, FB has reptiles, we've seen one already in the form of Isla the monitor lizard: https://www.patreon.com/posts/big-fuzzbutts-58556819 as well as my concept art for snake people: https://www.patreon.com/posts/concept-art-57334441. Snakes can eat things like donuts or smoothies, but the bulk of their diet must come from meat, eggs, fish, insects, or a suitable alternate protein. I imagine eggs would be the most popular choice, as a snake could swallow a few of them and not need to eat again for a few days. Larger snakes like anacondas require huge meals, so rather than purchasing an exorbitantly expensive deer-sized chunk of lab meat, they probably buy the biggest cut they can reasonably afford, then bulk up the meal with eggs and carbs. Many reptiles eat only once a week, with some being able to survive for years without a meal.

Is there still going to be reptiles? If there are reptile people like snakes do they have to eat lab meat to live or are they going to be omnivores and eat faux meat like everyone else?
