How many Warps to beat Warptorio? // part 6 - Home

Alright, after today I'm 41 minutes into the "100% evolution start" finale and it's "basically done"... I basically only need to film a satisfying ending to the story. I have recorded a script, but after trying the edit a bit, I'm not sure it's the right fit. I may just end it fairly quickly instead of trying the whole cinematic ending thing, but perhaps I'll feel more inspired tomorrow morning again with a fresh outlook hehe... Depending on how that all goes, the finale should be up on patreon somewhere between in a day or 2 and next friday.

Anyway, this video is part 6 of 7 of the warptorio final test run playthrough. Somewhere in the middle (around 3h45 in) there's a large "chronological gap" where I went out to design the final endgame base blueprint, a process that took another 40-50h all in all. I also recorded all of that and will upload it in a seperate post, for those who are interested in the blueprint decision/design process/methods. It doesn't "fit" this actual gameplay series that well though, so here we just skip over the blueprint design bit. Part 7 will be the last part of this series, where we will actually build the endgame base. I am enjoying this one so far and looking forward to the upcoming blueprint design episode. The lengthy nighttime spider combat is awfully dark though, especially after YouTube compression has its way. Will you use a mod like Afraid of the Dark to brighten things up in the final series? Also you mentioned sound balance a couple times - I think it sounds well balanced between game sounds and your voiceover. Even during big nest attacks, I didn’t have any problem hearing you.
