Factorio Multiplayer Server connection address & Server Rules

 BEFORE YOU CONNECT, first read at minimum the CAPITALIZED RULES below!

  === SERVER RULES: ===

     1) DO NOT USE BLUEPRINTS from your blueprint library (or worse, found on the internet). 

Please build and design stuff yourself in-game. (these are like the speedrunning rules: you can design and use blueprints you made in THIS game, but you can NOT use your blueprint library / import blueprint strings) Tip: use the ingame copy / paste function (CTRL-C and CTRL-V) to quickly duplicate / lay out your build)

     2) DO NOT DECONSTRUCT NON-OBSOLETE STUFF OTHER PEOPLE BUILT.

( This is a multiplayer server. Expect chaos and spaghetti. If it works, it works. You can't have everything have exactly your way as you would in your single player game, even though your design is clearly better!)

     3) DO NOT EXPLORE UNNECCESARILY FAR, like way beyond the pollution cloud.

(Every extra generated chunk will ultimately decrease performance, and it will increase wait times (like map saving/joining/downloading).)

     4)  BE A GENTLEMAN (or -woman)!

(i.e. no griefing and other obvious misbehaving which should be common sense), but to reach the truly British Award of Gentlyness, think about small things, like:

- Shift-Right click takes only half the resources from a furnace/chest and leaves half for other people to use!

- Don't use priority splitters or disconnect belts to deviate all resources to your current project!

- Think about the pollution your setup causes. Start small, scale up as needed. (i.e. say starting off with 96 furnaces making steel will definitely attract lots of unwanted attention before we're ready for it!)

- Defend your stuff! You don't need to go crazy, but placing a few turrets with sufficient ammo around your setup goes a long way

- Update your game to 0.18.34 (to be changed to 0.18.latest on thursday evening!)

- Go to Multiplayer, then choose Connect to address

- Enter the address:  88.115.157.34:34216   

- Welcome to the game!
