MichaelHendriks PATRON-ONLY FACTORIO SERVER is LIVE NOW! (and OFFICIAL LAUNCH DATE of new map: 17 july)

Also the new video is also ready, but I can't upload it from my current location due to connection issues (this is also the reason I have to push back the server date one week, as I should be able to play myself without lagging the game constantly). I will relocate in a couple days and all my issues should be fixed, hopefully. I won't skip a week of video (I've already started working on the next one), but this week's video's release date will be later than usual, possibly even in the weekend. Sorry for the inconvenience :/

The plan is to play a lot on the server in the weekend of 17-18-19 july to get things started off! I hope to see as many of you as possible there!

To all $1 supporters: Server access will move to the $3 tier (mostly to prevent new people from signing up just to come griefing on the server). As the Biter Island event went excellent, current $1 supporters don't need to join a higher tier to play. Make sure you copy the connection address, because later it will be visible only to the $3 tier and up.

Thanks to the help and hosting service of Aaro Varis, we now have a Patron-only Factorio server running 24/7... Oh yes :)

To play:

- Update your game to 0.18.34

- Go to Multiplayer, Connect to address

- Enter the address published in a seperate post (visible to the $3 tier and higher)

- Welcome to the game!

The first week, to sort out any possible issues, there will be a temporary test game going on. Don't get too involved yet, as the map will be changed after a week ;) I will be away for a few days starting tomorrow. When I come back, I'll finetune a nice map on which we can play and expand the factory indefinitely, and announce an official launch date and time, so that we can be with as many people as possible to start together in the new map :)
