WIEDERGEBURT: Legend of the Reincarnated Warrior: Volume 15 is live. It's only the eBook for now. I'm still working on gett the print version out there.

This volume is very different from what you've been getting up to now. The flashbacks are gone, Eryk and his harem are leaving Nevaria, and I'll be introducing characters that showed up in Eryk's and Kari's past. It's gonna be wild, and I hope you enjoy reading it!

I know, I'm weird as fuck. But this was the end of the flashbacks, which while important I had become a bit tired of, the beginning of their journey, short and overall kind of relaxing. I can't get into the more specific reasons without spoiling for others but I really enjoyed the arc

2023-04-19 16:25:22 +0000 UTCThe decision to only publish the first 11 chapters was made based on finances. It was just more cost effective to publish the remaining chapters in a separate volume. I also don't know if this is a really massive cliffhanger, though I understand why you might think that. To me, a cliffhanger would be if Zane battled against Ammon, only to lose and I stopped the volume right as Ammon was about to deliver the finishing blow. I am sorry if it seems cruel to you, though. That is never my intention. I always base my publishing on economic factors like whether I can afford to pay my artist, editor, etc. rather than emotional ones.

While I know that’s exactly half of the arc, chapter 12 thematically belongs with the first 11 chapters since it’s the end of Zane’s story. By not including it in volume 15 you’ve basically ended the book on a massive cliffhanger, which seems cruel to your readers. I guess that’s just an author thing.
