Update: the "you ARE worthy" sticker is now on the mirror. Going through a rough spot right now (potentially being diagnosed with ADHD in my thirties, because the behaviour I've struggled with for years is finally taking it's toll on my life) and it's bound to get worse before it gets better. Hopefully that sticker will be a good reminder both when I leave in the morning and when I come home. Thanks for your channel. It's meant a lot to see someone else struggle with perfectionism and procrastination and still achieve brilliant pieces of art (and information, and often philosophy) in the end.
