As a custom request an URSS Soviet League emerged replacing the Ukranian league 1 and 2A/B with improved reputation and removed the foreign limitation in the rules.

1st Division: BATE, CSKA Moscow, Dinamo Moscow, Dinamo Tbilisi, Dnipro-1, Dynamo Kyiv, Krasnodar, Lokomotiv Moscow, Rostov, Shakhtar, Sheriff, Sochi, Spartak Moscow, Vorskla, Zenit and Zoria; 2nd Division A: Akhmat, FC LNZ, Karpaty, Krylja Sovetov, Metalist 1925, Minaj, Obolon, Rubin, Veres, Zalgiris; 2nd Division B: Chornomorets, Inhulets, Kryvbas, Oleksandriia, Orenburg, Pari NN, Polissia, Rukh, Ural;

Don't forget to untick Russian, Georgia, Lithuanian leagues. Select only Ukraine.

URSS Players file changes all the players born in the ex-URSS to be now Ukranian. Ukraine has been changed to URSS so you can now simulate the ex-Soviet Union in Football Manager.
