The process to get the pack is this one:
- A post like this one will be published once a month
- You must do the poll to get a YCC pack (you can do it up to 3 weeks after it's posted)
- At the end of the month, you'll receive a pack with randomized cards
- Randomization depends on your tier, higher tier means higher chances to get rarer cards
- If you choose the first option, you'll get cards only from 2nd edition. / If you choose the second option, you'll get cards from both editions. (There're still rewards for completing the 1st edition!)
You'll find a sheet attached to this post where you can see what cards you can get (2nd Edition) and the chances to get them.

I have checked my email and I do not see the cards. I also checked on desktop and it shows that I voted for April. Could you by chance try to resend it if it got lost? On Mobile it did not show that I voted so I had to check desktop website.
