You know, By the Gods... It would be refreshing to see these characters captured and put to use by the demon without quite as high level of tear jerker or physical brutality... Sorry to sound like a broken record... but Tornwing and Lukinda joining Jonty and Clem as Rivenlod's property... wow :) Probably not in the cards I know but it DOES seem a popular theme :) Great job in story telling, by the way.

I don't mean that the relationships in A Story With a Known End were bad, but I believe the introduction of Mark and Itza within this friend group provides for a lot of interesting dynamics between all of the characters. I'm glad that you added Mark and Itza to the continuing story, and I'm excited to see how everyone's relationships with each other develops!
