I think he was more concerned about the fact that it's dangerous for her than it is him, I didn't get the sense that James felt a biased towards their individual dilemmas

But I gotta say still, its interesting that if you notice, you're far more visceral about Carmela cheating than Tony: I think that while part of if is all of our still-lingering bias for that type of thing when it comes to women vs men, one of the main flaws for a show that yes, even if its really old was still not fully exempt from this, was how the show overall portrays Tony as a far more likeable character than Carmela even when when it comes right down to it, lets get real: A frustrated, cheating wife is on like a different planet on the 'scummy' level vs someone who literally kills people for a living, yes even if they go to therapy and are complex characters and this was the beginning of that tide turning around, it still very clearly letting people still root for Tony against all logical reason.
