[NEWS] Update
Added 2019-10-10 16:42:42 +0000 UTCHey readers. This month has been a drag so far for me as far as writing goes. I had a long, super productive run the past several months, but then ran out of steam. I'm pondering lots of ideas and concepts, but right now nothing has drawn me back in. I've got a number of chapters in-progress in my on-going stories, but I think I need a little break from them for now. I spend dozens of hours inside these storylines and locations and I eventually get myopic and frankly bored with them. It's good to take a break and come back with some freshness. I'm looking forward to wrapping up Book 1 of Junior Jedi Academy just to get away from that damn academy for a while.
One interesting thing about writing erotica, is that it takes WAY, WAY more focus and attention to detail than any other genre of writing. You need to paint such a vivid picture of the characters, the setting, the feeling and then drive slowly through the proceedings. Sometimes when I'm reading a book and someone just changes clothes, goes shopping and then has dinner in like the span of a paragraph I'm like, 'wow, I forgot you could do that!'. I would like to change my approach some, and widen the scope. Lose some of that super focus, but let a lot more happen. I think it might lend to more pulpy and exciting storylines, rather than just spend 10 pages describing a breakfast scene.
Anyway, I'm hoping to punch out a nice little Halloween-centric story by the end of the month. Again, I've got some ideas I'm juggling around, but it'll be brief and too the point (and raunchy). Not sure if it'll focus on Padme or Leia. I gotta think through some scenarios with both till one really grabs me and I can dive deep into it.
