Yes this season has been over 3-5 days but Belly's feelings for Jeremiah are deeper than that. Remember last season she told him that she felt that they could be more than friends which means she's been thinking about it for a while. I believe she loves both of them just in different ways. I'm not dumb I know end game will be Conrad but people can't deny that she has true feelings for Jeremiah and currently in her heart she wants to be with him.

His resentment towards Conrad consistently clouds his ability to see things from Con's perspective or empathize with his brother. While Conrad is constantly, even if he does it the wrong way, trying to make things easier or fair for Jeremiah. I don't love that it feels like Conrad is always apologizing or defending his actions like he's not perfect but I find it strange that the people closest to him can't sympathize with some of the choices he's making like the boy is obviously struggling. I'm glad y'all peeped how annoyed Jere got when Conrad gave Belly his sweater. That is just another reason for me why Jere and Belly wouldn't work long term. Jere is always competing or measuring himself against Conrad, and can't handle Conrad and Belly even interacting. He also has no room to be annoyed when you've spent the last 3 days flirting with your brothers ex girlfriend who's only been his ex girlfriend for like two months. He's always interrupting their conversations: peep season 1 firework, or their party city convo where he waits at the end of the aisle like a creep, or when their talking in the country club and he's staring at them while internally monologuing. Him throwing the breakdown of his relationship with Belly in Conrad's face at the party even though he has no idea what their relationship or their breakup looked like. Him only registering his feelings for Belly when it became clear that Conrad and Belly were staring something real because he knew that their relationship was founded in something tangible and lasting and he wanted to beat Conrad. Jere didn't care about Belly and Cam but he sure cared about Belly and Conrad. He knew Belly liked Conrad their whole lives but only moved when he peeped Conrad's feelings too. Sorry but Jere's inferiority complex and jealousy is an ick to me move aside baby Tamlin

Start of episode one Belly is yelling at Steven about how in love she was with Conrad and by episode 7 she is kissing Jere (three days later). To me the feelings she has for Jeremiah will always be a rebound because she is so scared of loving Conrad and getting hurt again. I mean she literally tells Jere she is settling for him by telling him she's dreamed of Conrad and being with him her whole life and since that doesn't work out I'll just be with you cause that's more realistic?? Girl someone says that to me I'm sobbing like thats embarazzinggg. Beyond their miscommunication what frustrates me about Belly and Conrad is that she is unwilling to even truly acknowledge how much he loved her. I think she holds on to the resentment that she spent years mooning over him and has put him on this pedestal that he wasn't able to live up to and feels he can never love her back with the same intensity of feelings she harbored for him their whole lives. Which isn't true he just was grieving and struggling to much to be the version of himself she spent years idolizing. I maintain the fact that she broke off their relationship at prom since he had no intention of ending them that night he just was struggling. Their love languages are the complete opposite of one another as well, hers being words of affirmation and his being acts of service. He constantly tries to do right by her or communicate that he cares through his love language but she needs the words.
