Heyyyyyy so I’m on my pre-trip taking the train from Central CA to LA. I’ve always wanted to do this leg and not sorry. I have True Beauty and a Time Called You Loaded on my phone. I’m also finishing Personal Weatherman tonight and likely rewatching the entire thing when I finish.

I leave for Seoul on Sunday. I rarely feel physical excitement when something cool is about to happen. I tend to be more cerebral. I was NOT when I got Suga D-Day tickets. I fell on sidewalk and cried in public alone. But I’ve been physically really excited for this trip in last few days. I’ve spent so much time watching this city on screens in the past few years. I feel like it’s an on-line friend that I’m about to meet and hope we really like each other!!!

So….What are you watching?

I think of starting this one, how is it?

Choi Hyun Wook fans, unite! About to start My Dearest Ep11 now. (Help!) Shockingly, I’ve seen neither One Spring Night nor Something in the Rain, even though both come from the (very into noona romance) writer of my Top 5er, Secret Love Affair. Thanks for helping me decide which one I’ll go to first.

I am so happy My Dearest is back on, I’ve watched Episode 11 and we’re straight back in with the feels and then torture scenes I can’t bear to watch and finally their reunion, a horrific set up 😭😭. I fricking love Namgoong Min wielding a sword. It just does things to me, even if it’s also very bloody 😬😬 Twinkling Watermelon continues to sparkle. I just love Choi Hyun Wook, he’s soooooo charming. And I love the new twist they’ve put in and enjoy that they keep us guessing. I’m on episode 11 of Something in the Rain. Man I love Jung Hae In and his character in this. Son Ye Jin is super charming & watchable but like everyone else I want to kill the mother and I hate the OST. So far I prefer One Spring Night but will see how I land by episode 16. I’m finding it a bit flabby at the moment. I didn’t mean to start YET ANOTHER drama but the clips on Instagram made me start A good day to be a dog. And I really liked it! The humour landed for me (not always a given) and it feels self assured with the story it’s telling. Plus Cha Eun Woo isn’t the worst face to look at, huh? I finally decided to stop The Untamed. I gave it 15 episodes but found myself dreading slogging through them and didn’t think I’d make it to 50. Also, the whole it’s a BL but we have to pretend it’s not cos Chinese censors thing just annoys me beyond end, then I start thinking about Chinese politics and then I can’t be in drama world. Not sad to say goodbye to that one!

Enjoying The Kidnapping Day. Who doesn't like a drama with smart ass little girl?
