The Joys of Hibernation
Added 2021-11-22 00:44:33 +0000 UTCMy family is currently roadtripping up through Northern California and the Pacific Northwest to Seattle to eat turkey with my sister and her family. My coastal California children were, ahem, unprepared for 30 degree weather here in Bend, Oregon. My middle ran outside this morning in a short/tank top romper and barefoot—annnnnd ran back shrieking. The youngest has found the fireplace and been sensibly hibernating for a few hours. Here in the Northern Hemisphere it’s getting dark early and that means getting cozy, snuggling down early for the night…and for everyone here—kdrama binging!!!
What have you been watching this weekend? I finished My Name last night (technically early this morning) and am feeling relatively traumatized by the whole affair but also still wanting to see D.P. But first I need to figure out something that will make my hibernating heart happy!

2021-11-22 21:43:19 +0000 UTCFinished Be Melodramatic (Melo Is My Nature) on Friday, and then wanted to watch something short for the weekend. Ended up watching Blue Birthday on Viki. Has 16 eps of about 20 mins. each. A time travel - mystery - romance drama. The characters go back and forth between ages 18 and 28. Very slick production and well done.

2021-11-22 02:34:43 +0000 UTCAm finishing Go Back Couple, cute and only 12 episodes. Jang Ki Yong from My Roomate is a Gumiho is a 2ML. He is the ML in the new Now We Are Breaking Up series. I like his performance so far but not sure about the FL(Song Hye Kyo). Some steamy k-kisses tho'. Strong Woman Do Bong Soon would be an awesome and very cute choice for hibernating....Park Hyung Sik a really delightful ML.

I'm also watching Dali and the Cocky Prince--and this one so far has been a pure delight. Although, I'm in trouble because I started it on Kocowa before realizing you can only watch the first two episodes for free. Looks like I need to get Viki plus!
