Here's another one. I wanted to make a hot spring-inspired Idol Knight. I thought she should have an outfit reminiscent of a traditional ryokan attendant, with some cute flair added to it to make it into something more like an idol costume. Her name is taken from the term for "hot water." Like in a hot spring!

Her role is a healer, so she carries around remedies and other medicinal ingredients in a bamboo wash tub... which might seem cumbersome, but she manages (lots of practice?). The towel on her head was decided from the very beginning before I started sketching.

Since I was drawing on a theme for her design, it was easier to find a way to come up with her color scheme (below). I'm glad with how she turned out, so now I have one more Idol Knight I can add to the list. I hope I can can see all the other ideas turned into tangible designs soon.
