it seems we have a small problem with renewing the subscription here - Subscribe Star probably doesn’t do this automatically for new accounts, or sponsors need some confirmation inside your accounts. Look at the corresponding page there, maybe you need to click some kind of button like "yes, I agree to make regular payments" or something like that.
If it’s not difficult, send us some screenshots of the page where you need to click it, so that our other sponsors can find it easier. We will post these screenshots in this post. Of course, covering personal details with a black square.
