FIRST LOOK: A Halloween short

So, I've been chipping away at a few Halloween projects, chief among them being a short eight-page comic featuring some original characters from a series of slice-of-life stories I used to produce years ago. It's been my goal to return to these characters, so I wanted to start small.
Unlike Bandit Revolver, the detail will be a lot more simplified--not as a means to save time, but rather because the idea behind this particular series is to be more of a nod to indie comics. Slice of life is a genre I enjoy in comics, and I also like to inject a little humour, too (I try to, anyway).
Anyway, these are a few raws of the upcoming short. As of this writing, inking is already underway! I may actually make a deadline for once!
