God of War Ragnarök with Brendon | Patron Video Series
Added 2022-11-15 15:56:50 +0000 UTCHello! I've asked on the podcast and elsewhere if people would enjoy me just casually recording my playthroughs of games and putting them here on Patreon, and the response was overwhelmingly positive so I've decided to start with God of War Ragnarök!
Above is the first part of the series, but as of this post there are six more parts I've finished and uploaded that contain about 10+ hours of gameplay so far. It's worth noting that this is a pretty low key let's play of the game — I didn't want to burn myself out on my first playthrough by focusing more on making "content" than naturally enjoying what GoWR has to offer — but I've still been having fun playing the game in the presence of a microphone and saying out loud the hunches and thoughts I'll probably bring to the show in time. It's been cool to naturally bump into characters and ideas from Norse myth so soon after replaying the first game and rereading Norse Mythology and explore them in real-time instead of needing to write everything down to save for the podcast.
All of that said, I hope you enjoy this as much as I've been enjoying playing the game and thanks so much for backing the show!

PS: Parts two, three and four were all streamed and recorded via Twitch on a day I took off from work so the quality is slightly lower than I'd hoped. The rest are all recorded directly from the PS5.
