Armatessla Characters 1 WIP
Added 2017-05-26 23:04:28 +0000 UTCI don't have a new work list made up yet because I have 3 commissions still in discussion and I prefer to have everything agreed on before i start a picture. So in the meantime here is the preliminary sketch for the first of my OC character lineups from Armatessla.

2017-05-26 23:41:24 +0000 UTCDo you mean on his body or in origin?Greymaren is actually the name of the tentacle creature that has taken over the dark elf host but the host lost all personal "self" a lomg time ago so the whole character is just called Greymaren. The main part of the entity is attached at the top of the host's spine but there are both internal and external tentacles. As for origin, it's uncertain where the being came from but a drow queen and her court kept it contained and used it as a punishment for those that opposed them. For the females the creature usually left them alive and tried to use them as incubators (mostly unsuccessfully) but for most men it was usually a death sentence. One male dark elf hated the court so much that he bargained with the creature, his life, his body, and the secret knowledge that he obtained for escape in exchange for revenge on the court. Soon after the deal was made the entire court laid dead and the greymaren casually walked away under the power of his strong dark elf host.
