Callisto v0.80 - Week 2 Update

Been a productive week, however a slight change of priority to the work undertaken. As you may have seen, I have posted a couple of polls for the preferred dress for the Orion ball, that cover options for Alice and Rachel. Over the course of next week, I will add additional polls to cover Julia, Tanya and Tiffany. For story purposes, I need for Kara and Lia to have a certain look. I have already selected / designed the dresses for these two girls.

I was intending on doing all of the dress designs last week, however this was delayed somewhat, as I was unable to acquire a couple of dress assets at acceptable prices. For those that are not familiar with the Daz asset store, the prices vary wildly over time. Time it right and you get about a 70% discount. One of the dress assets, is suited to a more buxom figure, hence the reason I have not posted the Tanya poll and I have yet to design Julia's dress options. If you want to have additional involvement in the dress creation process, feel free to drop by Discord and take a look at the dress designs as they are created. You may then post suggestions in the general channel.

Instead of focussing on the dress designs, much of the week was spent writing / coding. As mentioned previously, I limited myself to roughly 500 images for the next episode. Currently I have written most of the main story line events and the code currently contains 430 images. With the items remaining, the next episode will likely tally up to 550 images. Whilst this is slightly more than intended, the nature of some of the events, makes creation of images a little quicker. Hence image creation alone is still expected to take 5 weeks and overall development time to remain unchanged.

Within next weeks progress update, I will provide a slightly adjusted format for the progress summary. Part of this is for my own benefit, in order to manage the work, and part to provide greater transparency of the creation progress. If the increase in complexity is a little confusing, you may still just look at the summary line and the forecast dates.
